For agencies

Services
Bring me in for one piece of work or for a whole client. Each service has a clear output, so you know what you're getting before we start.
01 / Audits
A clear picture of what's wrong, how much it matters, and what to fix first.
Crawling, indexation, site structure, canonicals, internal links, and rendering. Every issue comes with examples and a fix.
You get
A prioritised issue list your team or the client's developers can work through.
Work out why organic traffic fell: an algorithm update, a technical change, lost links, or broken tracking.
You get
A short diagnosis with the likely cause and a recovery plan.
Review existing pages and decide what to keep, update, merge, or remove.
You get
A page-by-page sheet with one action for each URL.
Core Web Vitals and page speed issues that affect rankings and conversions.
You get
Specific fixes, ranked by impact and effort.
02 / Migrations
Most traffic losses after a launch are avoidable. I plan the move and check it before and after it goes live.
Domain changes, CMS and platform moves, HTTPS switches, and URL restructures.
You get
Redirect map, pre-launch checklist, launch-day checks, and post-launch monitoring.
Review the new site on staging before it goes live, so nothing important breaks on launch day.
You get
A go / no-go list of SEO blockers for the dev team.
Hreflang, URL structure, and language targeting for sites in more than one market.
You get
A setup spec, then validation of the live implementation.
03 / Strategy and content
Turn research into a plan the client can approve and your team can deliver.
Connect keyword research and search intent with the client's product, audience, and goals.
You get
A roadmap that makes clear what to tackle first and why.
Map topics to pages and plan a structure that both search engines and people can follow.
You get
A keyword map and a recommended site structure.
Decide which pages to create or refresh, and what each one needs to cover.
You get
A content plan with briefs, target intent, and internal-link suggestions.
Find orphan pages and weak links, and fix how authority flows through the site.
You get
Link recommendations by page, ready to implement.
04 / Technical implementation
I'm a product engineer, so I can talk to developers in their terms and check the work myself.
SEO findings written as clear tickets with acceptance criteria, then QA once they ship.
You get
Tickets in the client's tracker and QA notes on each fix.
Rendering and indexing checks for React, Next.js, Vue, and other JavaScript-heavy sites.
You get
What Google can and can't see, with fixes.
Schema markup for products, articles, local businesses, FAQs, and more.
You get
Markup spec or code, validated in Google's tools.
Templates and data for location, product, or comparison pages at scale, built so they don't become thin content.
You get
Template spec, data plan, and launch checks.
GA4, Google Search Console, and reporting set up so you can show the client what changed.
You get
Working tracking and a reporting dashboard.
05 / Local and AI search
Maps results and AI answers send real traffic now. Both need their own work.
Google Business Profile, local landing pages, citations, and reviews, including multi-location brands.
You get
A local audit and an action plan.
How the client shows up in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, and which content and technical changes help.
You get
A visibility baseline and a list of changes.
Ways to work
Start with one well-defined project. If it works for both of us, we can talk about ongoing support.
A defined piece of work with a fixed scope and fee. Audits, migrations, and roadmaps usually start here.
A set amount of SEO work each month for clients who need it continuously.
I work under your agency's name. The client sees your team, and I stay in the background.
I review your team's audit, strategy, or migration plan before it goes to the client.
Process
01
Tell me about the client, the problem, what your team already covers, and your timeline.
02
We define the deliverables, the access I need, the fee, and the timing before work starts.
03
I keep you updated as I go and flag anything that changes the scope.
04
We walk through the findings and next steps so your team can put the work to use.
Who you'll work with
I started in SEO in 2016. I went on to work on technical SEO at ViscaWeb, product-led SEO at HappyScribe, SaaS projects at Skale, and led SEO at Datarade.
Then I moved into engineering. Today I'm a Product Engineer at Kombo in Berlin, and I take on independent SEO projects alongside it. That background shapes how I work: understand the problem, make the priorities clear, and give the people building the fix something concrete to act on.
